This is open-and-shut. If attempts are made to produce Weeded Out, then I'll get an injunction as the author of the screenplay. There is no debate over that. Presumably your lawyers have surmised that much.

VUW and Red Scare should accept that my criticism was based in reality.

They really were attempting to force me to make a film. It really ticks me off to be rubbing one out, and then become aware that some prick thinks that stroking myself is the time to interrogate or bully me. That's my time! All that does is make me flaccid and prolong the entire process.
