Shouldn't Israel also have to release the Palestinian prisoners of war that they've taken? Also, apartheid is obviously an overreach given that there are many Palestinian Israelis. That is a potential genocide defence: 'well, we're not killing our Palestinians, so therefore we're not cleansing all of them. Just the bad ones.'
