Pulling out the big guns

I hadn't really thought that my saga could be defined as torture, but then I read this: Crimes of Torture Act 1989. Part I, Article I: For the purposes of this Convention, the term “torture” means any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. My evidence folder and my medical records support this interpretation. Paddy Gower, the NZ Police and the public at large are willing to stomach my view. - This is exactly what happened to me. Tory Whanau and Christopher Luxon are the perps. Tory Whanau held a hui which called me a creepy pervert, then her likeness was present when I was having a wank to sleep - as I often did back then - which isn't a good sign. Nadine Walker, her partner, had an espionage background. Nadine wasn't with Chlöe. She was the child minder. Tory and Nadine left for Australia together. Christopher Luxon used the bogus FTAC referral to bully me, not to mention the disgusting allegations that Golriz thinks are plausible... (ie that he used the SIS to threaten me and to make me suicidal). While Ms. Swarbrick went through similar things, she's also a public official. That's a grey area. - I lost my friends, eventually lost my job and was treated as if I was a paedophilic flasher for most of 2022-2025. Ms. Whanau is responsible for this behaviour, and it only ended after her intentional slam on Q&A made her look like a queerphobe in one of the most openly gay cities in the world. She lost her mayoralty over my unproven allegations. Says that people knew they were true and felt guilty... 11% of Wellington is openly queer. There's at least double that who are closeted. If over 20% of the city is gay, then they may have straight partners. A third of the city finally realised that they'd been had by some brown bitch. Skin colour doesn't protect you from being a bigot... You lost your job for being an awful bitch, not because the racists got to you. You stepped aside and did exactly what I said you had to do to avoid a charge. That means you knew that you'd tortured me, and were hoping to avoid responsibility. But then you found that Melbourne knew the real story, so you couldn't resist meddling to try and save your reputation and imprison me. Don't pretend, Ms. Whanau. I know you have children: that's why I was magnanimous. You broke the deal, so I expect you to drag yourself in front of me and apologise. I also expect you to cooperate fully with the investigation and allow the possibility that you abused your power to try and force me to acquiesce to your authority. - Those paedo allegations weren't proven, but Tory behaved as if they were convictions. She needs to own her unpalatable behaviour to move back to Wellington. I hope that both Tory and Nadine rot in cells for a few years. I've said for months that the Luxon allegations - if proven - would cause a snap election. Mr. Luxon is obfuscating the process to protect his reputation. I wish that he'd thought to protect mine as well...

We all know the reason that I wasn't forced to change my name is that I have evidence - and people who can corroborate - that I was using that name in 2019 and 2020. I was releasing tracks as Amanda

How would AMPP reform the media?

We'd massively increase funding for public media, regardless of RNZ/TVNZ involvement in the projects. $50 million a year or more. - We want to take NZ back to the 1980's, when every rural city had a

Yes, I'm a bit dramatic, but that's because I was screaming from the rooftops that people were using porn to threaten me and spreading malicious rumours to justify their sick fetish. Don't pretend like you were doing it for noble reasons. The saga was based around a script I wrote, and the money it might have made y'all. You were chasing the golden goose (Outrageous Fortune = $50 million). You wanted to make money from my suffering. Now I want you to pay me for your shit. It's up to the police if they want to charge you, but an apology is a no-brainer. If Tory is finding the world hostile, it might be a result of her actions... Didn't think I was important. Didn't think I…

Replying to

Extra point: Jacinda is so conscientious that she used part of her first LSD trip to ask me if she'd breached those laws re: Mr. Tarrant, the Christchurch Terrorist. She lost her cool and said some nasty things, but that's not illegal. Honestly, if he had half a brain, he could request an investigation. Not trying to give him legal advice, but it's worth a look. He'll still be serving his life sentence regardless. He did the crime.
