Digimon Season 2?

is it just me, or does anyone else remember that being particularly moving? There was some kind of reality-breaking thing... sorta Dr. Who styles. I was more into Digimon than Pokemon, and I never really watched Yu-gi-oh. My Mum made cartoons when I was a little kid, so I guess that probably colours how I view them.
