Re: the executive summary.


Well, I'll admit that it could be seen to be one of those 'the fix was in' documents, so ultimately it's a question of whether Chloe is more credible than Darleen.


That's probably true: I mean, she's a very trusted public figure, and has used that to great effect. In many ways, her win in 2023 was a reflection of her leadership during the floods (much like Jacinda and Covid).


Despite that, I'm a satirist, so obviously I'm going to satirise the Green process -- speaking as someone who has attended one of those stitch-up meetings!
