Paul cleared the underlying images that weren't AI-generated. Almost all of them were, plus they were generated via DDG. While I could've defended the news clips under fair use, he paid for those too. - I own Working For Each Other. I made that film from what were largely DDG loops. As a result, I own the outputs, including for commercial use. Apple Corps had the rights to the Beatles reproductions (Ringo's Avedon photo etc.). As they're clearly co-producers, we're in the clear. - Sony Pictures has to accept total and immediate loss re: The Beatles. Disney has to back down too. Imagine's three films made billions, not yours. - Accept loss. Move on. Write original shows like we did. Your Beatles rights are on shaky ground, and Apple Corps is on my side. Your pricks can't even sing the songs properly. Send me a formal legal communication or accept that your lawyers told that you'd lose. Sony and Disney need to stop their harassing tactics and treat Apple Corps seriously.
If you read the credits, you'll notice I did all the voices and rock instruments myself. That's true of all three Imagine films. I'm in the clear. Stop being rude, Sony. Your people aren't at the level, but I am. If they were, you wouldn't have needed to nick my covers. Mr. Patel, Mr. Pasquale, Mr. Watt etc. --- you need to find another gig. I'm busy protecting the legacy of Paul McCartney.
