Age ratings are stupid. Parents can make their own decision about whether films that AMPP is producing or promoting are suitable for their children.
Swears shouldn't be censored. We prefer a natural sound, and people swear.
Fair use covers educational use, and does include profit-based use in NZ law.
The party doesn't make any money. Recommending films isn't my business.
The Dakumentary demonstrates how fair use can illustrate history.
Imagine Multimedia isn't a cash factory.
I could make a profit from my movie piracy, but I'm not. It's a public service.
