People have been stubborn about this, saying things like 'accept Tina, and that will also double as our public apology, even though you're not keen to do it' Sorry, but that doesn't make up for 3-4 years of constant stalking, constant negging and constant judgement from people that were given what was essentially unlawful access to my private life. - I really think that Wellington owes me a HUGE apology.

That is what they need to do to get me to attend things. -

A real apology that accepts that there was no justifiable reason for stalking me while I wanked. If there'd been a justifiable reason, I should've been charged so that I had things like access to a lawyer (and all the things that make real justice fairer than mob rule).

Imagine if I'd set up hidden cameras in your room, controlled your Internet access and told you that I thought that I had the right to do this based on unsubstantiated rumours about your sexual orientation.

Bear in mind these tactics are why I said no. -

That isn't a ridiculous dream. The gay community has already received these public apologies and expungement.

That moment is coming for the trans community. The police aren't blameless in this saga: they didn't charge me, but they allowed this surveillance state to exist.

It's a dig at the idea that my films promote drug use. Medical cannabis is legal in New Zealand: it was meant for users. I'm fine with being a global symbol for legalising cannabis and psychedelics.

To Mr. Barr, Mr. Fraser and Ms. Gardiner

No, you can't keep saying that I have to make Weeded Out. I intend to seek an injunction to shut you up. That's what will be going down in April and May. Or y'all could just give up today and save me

Here's how the process is supposed to go: Amanda breaks the rules; Amanda is spoken to by law enforcement, and then (if they deem it necessary) Amanda is charged with a crime. In this process, I have the ability to say no at every possible step. If I had been brought into the police station and interviewed, I would've had the right to remain silent, and the right to refuse to speak unless my lawyer was present. The police would have then had to actually present their evidence during the process of preparing for a trial. That's not what happened here: I was treated as guilty of being a paedo, even though I'm a virgin. That demands an apology. VUW and Red Scare,…

Replying to

Let's continue to lean into the darkness... You watched my porn. You judged me on how I came.

You judged me on what I came to, and pretended as if looking at TG Captions was equivalent to looking at child porn. Not one of those photos had a teenager in a compromising position.

That is transphobia and bigotry, plain and simple.

Frankly, I think that demands compensation, not just an apology.

I'm not the only trans-identified person that enjoys tg porn.

It's quite common.
