Am I afraid of open court?

Not really. Anything they say about me is probably public knowledge via my protest.

I realise that I stutter a wee bit, but it should be ok. For example, I'd definitely go to court to testify that NZSM faculty or Steve Barr were intentionally harassing me. Though personal things are likely to be said, it's not as though a court hearing is as closely followed as a session of Parliament. Some lawyer dredging up my past will be upsetting, but I'm confident that people are more likely to settle than to pursue their hate in a rainbow mecca.
