Am I a risk?

No, and the forensic psychiatrists have never classified me as such. The meeting with the FTAC was a routine assessment. I essentially passed. What didn't pass? Well, they didn't know that Chlöe had feelings for me. Even so, I wasn't deemed a threat. I've seen my medical records. I continued to work with community mental health, not them. My rapport with Camilla was better than with Rob, so it worked better. - After that, there were two more incidents to explain, but Tory's transphobic hui was true. The Wellington Greens invoked Chlöe's name because Tory was upset with me. She shouldn't have called me a loser on national television... Given that, they could see my anger and how they'd been duped by the mayor. Haven't been called since January 2025, and that was a farewell call. - I'm not a risk now. In fact, I'm avoiding the Beehive to protect myself from liability. My anger at the Wellington people that others might admire is based on their actions. It's a justifiable and explainable anger, one that the Wellington police are familiar with. Tamatha should have stood up about this while it was still happening, while Tory was the ringleader that ruined my life. - Tory's transphobia ultimately cost her the mayoralty. Think of it that way. Her 'flamboyant' gesture on Q&A was a slap in the face to 1/10th of Wellington. - It's not a joke. Wellington Police have been investigating my harassment claims and found that I was essentially on the money. Your friends, like Tory, are hoping to bribe me into silence. They should've just paid for my IP in 2022 or 2023. If you're still hearing spin about me, it's coming from people that don't want to deal and definitely don't want to do several years in prison for being consistently hateful. I'm offering pleas. The cops are hoping to minimise the jail time for most offenders. The crimes are serious, but they're a business dispute that went too far.

Am I afraid of open court?

Not really. Anything they say about me is probably public knowledge via my protest. I realise that I stutter a wee bit, but it should be ok. For example, I'd definitely go to court to testify that NZ

On subtitles and surtitles

One of my thoughts is that subtitled movies, particularly non-English ones, that succeed are ones that are legible: the subtitles aren't impeding cinema from happening. That bias privileges a beautif

Steve Barr doesn't get to walk away. Neither do Red Scare or VUW people. Though you might avoid blackmail charges, the small ones aren't negotiable. HDCA, basic harassment, privacy breaches, remote access.

The only thing that VUW can do is cooperate fully with the investigation. That's true of the Greens, Act and National as well. In essence, trade some incriminating evidence to help us catch the top brass, then enjoy a suspended sentence or even a discharge without conviction. That's the offer.
