Yes, this is actually what the law states in Aotearoa: https://chatgpt.com/share/6774648f-2e60-8009-b420-9b72706d5606

See, all you cis doctors? You're punishing me for my unusual sexual orientation.

I've had enough of all the arguments that I somehow have male privilege (still).

That's never been the case.

Whatever is going on between myself and Chloe is queer, and that's why people find it so disgusting. I'm not likely to have sex with her, and I wouldn't even say that I'm sexually attracted to her. Like, believe me, I've tried to see her that way, but I'm demisexual and I simply don't know her well enough. She's just on my mind a lot: that's a crush.

No 'n ot, survive' ONLY 'the film cannot be legally made and YOU have to accept this, Ms. Whanau and Barbara Graham.'

The legal rights are in my favour. You will not be able to use my screenplay, and that is the legal, correct answer. I've spent two years saying that, and as a result of that being the correct thing to say, that means that the Weeded Out film hasn't been produced.

-

Any attempts to force production on Weeded Out WILL result in an injunction.

There is no other legally valid, legally reasonable outcome.

-

Despite your attempts to claim this as a truism, you cannot say 'you broke the law, but we didn't charge you because you were supposed to do the movie.'

It's simply not a valid statement because nobody shoved the screenplay in my face and said to me that I must make it, plus nobody signed a contract for the IP.

In fact, that statement is undue influence, coercion, and possibly blackmail, as well as being a pretty blatant example of the corruption that is becoming increasingly common in Aotearoa. https://chatgpt.com/share/67746bac-9dac-8009-99a2-77bda31d6068

If the investigations into me didn't turn up enough evidence to charge me, then that's just what happened. I'm sure that you would've done so if you could, but sadly the truth is that I'm probably bringing people into the Green fold with my documentaries, in part cos I'm not some twit with a superior attitude.

Is gender dysphoria neurodiverse?

Actually, yes, and autism doesn't have a consistent brain profile. Autism diagnoses symptoms of socialisation, but there's no neuroscience to support it. Bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD ... these all h

I'm far from done. This is me saying why 2025 will be the year for trans law reform, but I'm also saying that we need to prepare a second Bill to amend the sexual orientation part. Human rights are the basic framework that allows minority groups to have a voice, and I feel for my kink and furry friends that are hiding their orientations, or having the same type of mental distress that I feel about the way my expression is being judged.
