The bulge isn't illegal. In my world, people aren't as offended by penises. Anyone who knows anything at all about penile health won't recommend tucking. It's fine for a two-hour show, but it causes real problems 24/7. I wear shapewear. There's no chance of it slipping out; part of threatening me involved alleging that I'd exposed myself to people (never happened). Pippa came up with that solution.
