To VUW: people at the uni might enjoy my projects, but they'd never have supported them. In fact, my Dakumentary ruined my relationship with my academic peers. The NZSM very emphatically refused to support cannabis reform publicly, even though I changed some individual minds within that whole racist, elitist classical scene. Now they're all smugly saying 'I told you it was the drugs ... get him clean and we'll get him back' and conveniently forgetting that I was always a mouthy smartarse that opposed my teachers. I hate you lot for your pussy attitudes towards me developing a spine and articulating some politics that I really believe in.
