Respect these basic truths: 1. I wasn't an employee or a student when I wrote all my post-POAK IP. 2. Any further attempts to force me to return are pure coercion. 3. I'm enrolled elsewhere, and I'm likely to continue studying there. You failed to negotiate for my copyrights, and now you have to pay me for them. However, you have to wait until my book is finished. I can say that now because I have written several chapters. You have no legal right to compel me to study, and the cops haven't pressed a single charge, despite me being a nuisance for several years. Your attitude drove me to the lengths that I found myself going to. I've published cease and desist letters. I've established my drafting documents. Those firmly establish that I wrote the entirety of the 105 pages that comprised the three episodes of Weeded Out, even though that Big Smoke Ad wasn't a contract. And, frankly, stop assuming that you're the default uni. My characters could attend Massey, Whitireia, Te Wānanga O Aotearoa or some other institution in Wellington or the GWRC. The only truth is that my IP is mine, and that's literally an inherent right under the Copyright Act 1994. You'll never make me feel like I'd be safe at your institution, given the lengths that you have gone to in order to attempt to force me to study. Please leave me alone for the forseeable future. Ciao, Amanda.
