I want employers that are considering hiring me to understand that the Human Rights Commission currently says that 'sex' can be taken to include gender identity and expression in the Human Rights Act, so in fact I should already be protected from discrimination in employment. That's obviously not true, as my brief stint at RNZ demonstrated. Any ideas of coming as a guy will result in me refusing to sign a contract, and possibly shaming you online. - And no, I don't want to reconnect with Wellington. I'm planning to move after 2024.
