This is my statement after I slept. 150mg Quetiapine was my sleep dose. I took 900mg of the new pills. That's a bold move, but there's really no upper limit when it comes to Quetiapine. 600mg is the upper daily limit, but I haven't 'slept' for 4 days. Even though, yes, I truly do sleep during these insomnias. 15 minutes here and there, occasionally 30 mins or 45 mins. 'sleeping' is an episode where I lose consciousness and black out. That's me, and the polyphasic thing was something I realised during 2020. This is my metric. I consider every day which I slept 2 hours a winner.
