  1. Total sum = $70,000-100,000. Split between all infringers and bullies.

  2. No NDA's. I'm only willing to settle for that amount if they publicly apologise.

  3. Weeded Out dies, and I'm not forced to sell my book to those bullies.

  4. The NZ media will consider their complicity, and whether their coverage - or lack of - made my life unnecessarily difficult and caused significant emotional harm.

  5. My right to choose not to perform is still respected. It's not a right to hear me live: it's a privilege that you gain by treating me with respect.

  6. This settlement is conditional on accepting that you criminally harassed me, and it might be rescinded if more serious charges eventuate from the investigation.
