Richmond - Day 3

Chlöe's out of the hospital. She was raped following a debate. She's often suicidal, but that pushed her over the edge. It was part of a long-standing pattern, but there was a shocking twist. Anyway, to let the cat out of the bag, Chlöe has DSD. She's intersexed. For some reason, the Greens have never wanted that to be public knowledge... - More than that, she'd like to be seen as a man. Like most of my friends, she's not too keen on HRT or mastectomies. Taylor's approach to gender dysphoria is similarly non-invasive. - The perp stuck something inside of her -- that's the million-dollar twist. We're pretty sure it was a bomb. That leaves an obvious thought: was she meant to blow up the Beehive? Was this supposed to brand Golriz and myself as terrorists? Even during the election craziness, she's in the building several days a week. The three of us certainly endured enough bad taste jokes about our relationship... The homophobia and transphobia in Parliament is so bad Debbie thinks I couldn't hack it, not to mention that TPM is too poor to pay me a salary. If they're defensive, it's because they're the least-funded party in Parliament by a mile, and even Opportunity has raised significantly more money during this year. - My answer to the fence-sitters re: TPM is simple -- invest! If you want JT gone, invest enough to force him out. If the Imagine Triptych money and the Beatles covers money arrives, I'm going to put loads into the Free Palestine Party ($500,000), and around $35-40,000 into TPM. - As for all these allegations that I'm running around killing people in cold blood... More nonsense: I barely leave Wellington, and my movements are heavily monitored. Peter and Fran have kept tabs on my actions for several years, as have the SIS. All of that crap is just hard right people running scared. Olivia tells me that Dhani was shot and killed this year after being radicalised by some Messianic cult that he'd had a long-standing affiliation with. Shades of my brother... Does that mean the Beatles are evil? It means that people aren't infallible, and it's very difficult to control what your fans do. I'm getting a taste of that as I watch the Iranians use Working For Each Other ideas to promulgate the Islamic Republic. It also means that the hard right and the radical left are quite similar (horseshoe effect). I'm back in Wellington from Thursday morning.
