Polyamoury???

Well, it came up while chatting with a mate this arvo. I reckon that there's an implicit assumption that when one discusses polyamoury, it's typically presumed that they're a practitioner, which is still a fairly real stigma. As I say, the queer movement hasn't done a huge amount to destigmatise alternative sexual orientations that aren't the conventional LGB ones. - In fact, it's actually a real extension of the Marriage Equality debate. I'm definitely of the opinion that polyamorous marriage is ok. I'm not hugely into marriage, but other people are, and that's also ok. Alongside legalising sex work, which is somewhat related as it often also involves people with multiple partners. - Whether I'm in a polyamorous relationship... I'd say no. I'm a pornographer, and I have many fans that are into my pornography. It's not as though we're all having sex, but I definitely flirt with people. Here's how I was told by MSD what a 'relationship' was back in 2017, when I signed on to the Jobseeker benefit for the first time. The person said that a one-night stand wasn't a relationship, but if you're regularly seeing someone, sharing a house, and your finances are entwined, then that's a relationship. 💻 - As always, Dave Roil had a good turn of phrase: 'visiting the trannie' -- that was his term for what most straight people do regarding trannies and relationships. It often feels like being a whore, in that few of my friends introduce me to their families. 👋🏻
