No. There is no law that states I have to, and the cops have already proven that they think all those claims of indecent exposure weren't legally valid. I don't always like wearing underwear, so I don't with some pieces. Any further statements to that effect are pure transphobia. Given that I've been out for 6 years, I'd have been cautioned if it was illegal. - This is why the apologies are necessary. All the potential charges didn't eventuate, despite years of close scrutiny. I'm still furious at the FTAC for reclassifying my identity as a 'disorder', as that was outdated bs which my GP has fixed. I think that demands compensation. Even Gary was talking about it like a disorder after that FTAC bullshit began. Nadine owes me a real sorry. Tory does too. They have to empathise and put themselves in my shoes for the last three or four years, accepting that they chose to stand in the way of my healing by bullying me about what's between my legs. If I'm so unhappy that I must hear an apology to 'try again', that's simply the outcome. That is fair, legal and sensible.
