That's what I've got happening. I like hot meals, but I think it's a peculiarly British thing to point to 'hot meals' as a necessity.
Something that me and Ethan both do -- or did, when he was poor -- was use a bag of crisps (NB: in NZ, we say 'chips' for potato crisps) as a meal.
They've got loads of calories, and I eat the thin cut ones, which have way less saturated fat than the regular Bluebird or whatever chippies. - I bought a 2-litre tub, but the freezer in my room is just an ice-box, so it melts quickly. - Plus baked beans and spaghetti are still cheap, though back in the day I could buy a tin of those for 70c or 80c, while now it's double that. - I seem to remember the gay activists hanging something in 2012 when I was visiting Parliament .. forget if that was the Gallery or not. 👍
