Checked the first 3 episodes with the new footage, and it was playing well. I'll watch the rest tomorrow. -

I'm never quite sure if Chloe wants me to write or not... it'd be great if she came to the screening, though. -

As for theoretical percentages...

Well, I think Dakta should get 25% of any sales.

Then 15-20% for Gary.

5-10% for Arik.

15% for Riddell Productions, to be split amongst the team.

10-12% for Chloe - which ideally could be donated directly to the Greens campaign.

3-5% for Dave and the cast if Te Whakaahua is included in the sale.

That leaves 13% or so to be split up among the cannabis community. See - it's not all about me! 🧠

I'm not moving to England to double fake rockers. I've got a short film I want to direct. I've got a satirical campaign to run. Writing scripts is one thing, but I'm not moving outside NZ. Trying to

Obviously, the plan is to try and sell to TVNZ, as the bulk of the news clips are theirs (and hence, they have high-quality versions). My Weeded Out script isn't for sale, though, until my book is published. 👽 - To be honest, I'm genuinely pissed they were (apparently) keener to make my script - well, their version that I despised - than to upscale and grade/mix the Dak film. Upscaling is way cheaper, and it's just a plain better yarn than my script. Bloody yanks! 🤬
