Black and White silent vigil

This is AMPP's idea for a large-scale antiwar protest. Everyone appears on Parliament Grounds dressed in either all black or all white, and we silently occupy the grounds for 24 hours. We'll observe the daily prayers, but otherwise people are welcome to do whatever (silently). Seems easy, if everyone coordinates via smartphone. - People don't have to stay for the entire 24 hours, though a core of a few hundred would.
