If those pass with care signs were intentional, then we have a discussion to have:
All your efforts are designed to make me accept this idea and also the idea of living as a man and sometimes being a trannie.
As a result, that means that you are actually discriminating against me, and the reasons that you are doing so are sexual in nature.
That's actually illegal. You're saying that because I was diagnosed with erotomania, that somehow gives you the right to force me to make a film? -
That's illegal. That's discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation, and claiming that I have different rights because of my sexual orientation.
That is actually, factually, illegal. Accept that I truly am a pro filmmaker and that's why I understand how IP and copyright works.
-
No tina ha of any kind. No bribing me, no threatening me, only accepting that I am deadly serious that my screenplay is not community property. It is my IP, and that's honestly something that is also legally protected.
Every attempt to push me into saying yes has backfired.
Tamatha, your friends are terrible people, and that's why I'm not a greenie. - To reiterate, I am legally entitled to crossdress, regardless of what the 'community' might wish or want. The community - for my money - are a bunch of backstabbing, gossiping dickheads that think that I'm bad for their business for criticising them. That's seriously something that has been enshrined in NZ law since 1966.
So, what you are ALL going to do is put up with that. That is what tolerance means.
You can misgender me, but I won't speak to you if you do that.
I'm also legally protected under the right of free expression. Whether you want to have me up for defamation is your decision, and I insist that you pursue legal action if you are so convinced that I wronged you. Just because you hate my Facebook antics doesn't entitle you to steal my screenplay.
Re: defamation - who do you think is going to be more sympathetic: the trannie on the dole who is fairly convinced that the First Lady is trying to force her to change her name, or the rich, privileged people that claim that I've hurt their feelings? I can play the legal game too, conservative bigots, and that's what makes me a good activist. Frankly, arrest me on drugs charges or arrest me for indecent exposure if you honestly believe that you could win on those charges. I think that nobody cares about possession of cannabis in Wellington anymore, and I have yet to have anyone say to my face that they've seen my penis. Seen the bulge, yes, but not the dick…
