Including Lauren. The Weeded Out case is open and shut, despite whatever showbiz jargon that Mr. Barr and the Red Scare dorks are spouting: 1. Mr. Barr and I have never met. As a result, the negotiation is in bad faith. No consideration has been formally accepted. There is no contract of any kind. I'm adapting the script into a book. Mr. Cain and Ms. Tse saw me at a movie screening, but refused to talk to me. I chose not to talk to them after evaluating their theatrics during that film. 2. My time-stamps are clear, as are my drafting documents. The bulk of the pilot was written in 2020, with no support. 3. I'm using the songs he shoved into his rewrite in another film. Wingnut will testify to having a genuine interest in that project. So will Hori, and so might a half-dozen others. 4. The Film Commission were swindled, and I think that the new administration are perfectly willing to back me 100% 5. I could make the same film without any assistance, but I've already gone and turned all that material into another film (The Dakumentary).

6. Being trans doesn't mean I'm inherently evil or deviant, and believing that reflects poorly on Mr. Barr, Mr. Cain, Ms. Tse and Victoria University of Wellington. Be real. The town wants me to do whatever project I wish. They think I earned that with my public service as a broadcaster. So they're 100% behind me doing the opera in town, and Mr. Cain and Ms. Tse's band aren't able to participate. I might even be able to draft a few high-ranking Americans in via my own connections. - Mr. Barr, the only way this can possibly go is me winning and you coughing up money. Save us all tens of thousands in lawyer's fees and contact me within the week to arrange for an apology and a five-figure payment for breaching my copyrights. If you'd rather let Ainsley handle it, that's fine, but $10,000 minimum ($30,000 expected). Remind him that there are procedures. Those procedures made him rich, and now he's preventing me from pursuing my other projects with that wealth.

Very unfair.

$10,000 is a bare minimum, but that requires a public apology.

$30,000 buys him a private apology.

Why don't I overdub everything?

Quality of the song alone and all that jazz... Yes, I can harmonise, but every hit song sounds essentially the same these days. It's like special sauce. The naked demos were distinctive. Again, it wa
