There is only one option: CEASE AND DESIST. No Tina films. Red Scare's band simply isn't allowed to sing with me BECAUSE they tried to steal credit on my film script.

Cass needs to learn that actions have consequences.

It's very reasonable to say that I refuse to work with them based on the negotiations.

Cass, you simply and immediately have to cease asking me to be Tina, to sing with the band, or to use my songs. You have exhausted all legal channels.

The Wellington branch of the Green Party has to get over themselves. They might have won a lot of votes, but that doesn't change copyright law, and my breaches of copyright in the Dakumentary were valid from a fair use pov.

Maybe, instead of theatrics at a movie screening or a drag roast, they might have tried actually meeting me for coffee to discuss their qualms, my scripts or their view that I should join the party?

Perhaps treating me like a reasonable, rational adult is the way to turn the tide, rather than doubling down on infantilising me and minimising my emotions?
