To John Allen

More emails came from VUW's mailing lists today. It's you and the ACT Party that are currently ruining my morning...
It's a kick in the teeth for people who spread rumours that I was unsafe for kids to demand that I teach their 18-year-old kids.
VUW lost this fight, and it's merely about you and your fellow board members realising this, then telling the professors at the NZSM that I'm going to take legal action very soon and that their window to slink away is closing.
I love the music, but I don't love the people. - Tina dies or I will be forced to begin civil and potentially criminal proceedings regarding my treatment since I was a student by the university. John Allen, you will lose: your lawyers know it, or I'm sure that I would've received some threatening letters from you.
So get into line and tell the NZSM that it's over.

Re: Steve Barr, perhaps Fran could have a word?
Or perhaps James or Dave? Somebody that he respects, rather than me (who he doesn't). Tell him he might be personally liable for the conversion practices as the 'EP' of the Tina phantom project, and he'll quickly change his tune. That could involve jail, so he'll fold.

Most of the musicians support me: they don't work there.
NZSM is costing them the chance to meet me.
It's really simple: I'm not lifting a finger to help anybody in music until the apologies take place. Same goes for film and TV.
Cessation first. Apologies within a few months.
Real, considered apologies that aren't just weasel words. -
While most of the film people don't support me thanks to grandiose promises that I didn't make or endorse, which is why Steve is the focus of my anger.
Did I ever say production was imminent? No, I just attempted to cobble it together, and eventually gave up. TVNZ is just jealous of the Dakumentary. So are RNZ and Stuff.
Their news teams made a better film than their film people, thanks to a plucky new directing team (myself and Chloe).

Don't use Michelle as bait ever again. I'm not speaking to her until VUW ceases.
Don't pretend like I have friends on the music faculty: no, they're all gone.
Admirers and enemies, but not professional colleagues.
Maybe if my enemies hadn't behaved like spoiled rich kids that threw a tantrum after being unable to acquire their favourite toy, we might have met in mediation, arbitration or some other process that would have caused a rational IP discussion to take place.
Even if I can't prove the pointy end of the stick regarding porn harassment, I can certainly prove a consistent pattern of university people and resources being expended on the suggestion of my return.
That's harassment. Do you really want an RNZ headline which reads: 'Te Herenga Waka forced to compensate former student for unpaid creative work'?
With a story that says, 'because of Amy's gender diversity, the university believed that she was deluded, sick and mentally handicapped. From that point they attempted to use a variety of questionable methods to force her to produce her screenplay - written while at a jobseeking course - as a Master's project (in collaboration with TVNZ).
Amy has continuously suggested that these offers are illegal, and gone so far as to draft a number of cease and desist letters with AI - as she can't afford legal advice - and hasn't been enrolled as a student since 2015, when she left after some questionable supervising in her postgraduate year of composition.
Amy suggests that the university is convinced that her TV show might have saved jobs, but that seems highly unlikely, as VUW's film department continues to expand, while it was their music and theatre departments that suffered heavy budget cuts.
It seems odd that an institution with annual turnover in the hundreds of millions found it so difficult to accept one individual's independent streak, or the necessity of an honest day's work for an honest day's pay...'

RNZ took it on the chin when I accused them of transphobia.
VUW didn't.
Unlike my allies, I'm not 'just' a musician. I'm much more well-rounded, and I've been bullied and threatened by lots of people. That's why the music establishment have been a bunch of dicks: my policies threaten their hegemony.
