She's my nurse. 👋 I'm going to come in slightly stoned today, and see if that helps me with being more emotionally open. I'm not quite as anxious as I usually am before an appointment, but I'm still sweating and feeling some low-level anxiety.

Key thing for today is to move my prescription to the Johnsonville pharmacy: that's why I needed the emergency pills. Travelling into town to pick up my pills is too expensive.
