Thoughts while watching TV...

I've been thinking about watching Before Sunset, but I'm not that keen. I'm dl'ing Secrets and Lies to watch again -- that's a great movie. I think my soap script reflected that the whole ‘gay best friend’ thing is way more nuanced in Maori and working-class NZ than in the States. That poi scene was literally from life. That was almost word-for-word. But obviously, it happened to me, not to Jade. - Chloe has a similar poly-inflected vibe. But yeah, I never researched her team, so any name coincidences were just that: coincidence. Alan Moore is very wise on that topic.
