'Those are some pretty serious accusations: what evidence do you have?'

This is regarding VUW and a number of Wellingtonians that were spying on me. 1. BDSMLR and DeviantArt -- there were several occasions where images appeared in my feed that could only have been representations of my flat or based on things that I'd said in my room (but hadn't posted). This is particularly obvious on DeviantArt. 2. Phantom keystrokes: I make mistakes when I type, but after 4 years it's obvious that there's more going on. These appear in-between my words and tend to be initials suggesting which arsehole wants more clarification. 3. Parliament. I swear to God that when I go there, sometimes I see people sitting across from me that are dressed in outfits that are similar to something I was wanking to. If that had happened one time, I would've thought it was a coincidence, but it's happened a lot. Plus the odd shout-out from MPs. 4. The numerous attempts that VUW has made to curry my favour, particularly regarding that moment with the Carmen memoir where numerous references to my Weeded Out script were made. Even worse was Salina's idea. The suspicious timing of Justin Clarke's entry after I'd smoked a cone, using Elliot to get me to spill my secrets and then ignoring me.... that pretty much pissed me off and that was a fair reaction. I could go on, but that's all the good evidence. - That might not be legally binding evidence, but honestly it's irrelevant. The point is to tell them that I know that they're watching me, and that I've discovered thanks to my human rights activism that it's illegal for private citizens to watch me. By Tuesday it ends. That is fair, and that is something that the Wellington Police and the GCSB and SIS can facilitate. More maemae: I'm not a fucking guinea pig. Maybe during Covid you had some extra powers, but those are long gone. In 2024, it's illegal for private citizens to spy on private citizens. ✊🏻 Wellington City has no legal right to tell me to detransition. In fact, any kind of therapy that was focussed on telling me to do so would be highly illegal in 2024, after that conversion therapy ban that Labour passed. By the way, this includes MPs. You guys aren't special. Unless it's Luxon himself, it's highly dubious that any of you have the right to know what I'm up to. For those who aren't political geeks, the PM is in control of the Intelligence agencies, and could probably ask for a report on me from them. That's perfectly legal. And it's perfectly legal for the Police or the GCSB or SIS to spy. I'm not whinging about that; I'm whining about all these people that knew me as a man and have never met me as Amanda telling me to go straight. They never had the right to do this, and if the Police faciliated this, then I want my pound of flesh from them as well. I want people to acknowledge the illegality of stalking me, and I want some kind of compensation. If you tell me that I 'must' be Tina, and then you'll love me, you are bigoted, and you are well behind the times. Accept me as Amanda, with no detransition, and accept me as Amanda because my dick isn't a reason to invalidate me, particularly given that you want me to save your jobs. That is absolutely reasonable: she's my character, and I get to choose which medium I want to realise her in. I've chosen to write a book because I hated the notes on that script, and that is simply a decision that I get to make, and nobody else does. -

Accept that the surveillance ends, and VUW accepts my refusal to enrol. That is fair. I'm already enrolled elsewhere. Accept that spying me doesn't entitle you to share credit on my scripts, not just because you didn't write it, but also because the manner in which you became aware of that script was illegal. That means that ALL people that think they wrote it didn't and that they should have emailed me, should have met me and shouldn't have tried to steal my work. ✊🏻
