I think narrowing the debate to a visibility debate is working really well. That's what it's always been about, but now I'm busting their myths. - It's a simple conscience call: should a drag, trans, intersex or kink person be demonised for expressing themselves more fully at the office? I'm hoping to push beyond 'trans' to 'sexual and gender minorities' in labelling the group. With Julia's wording, people seem to listen.
