STOP telling me you're my friends

Friends communicate via real messages. Friends meet friends and hang out. Friends don't spy on friends. Friends don't pressure friends to make a script that they have absolutely no legal right to produce. Nobody else wrote that screenplay, and that means that I have the exclusive rights. I have every right to choose Shipwrecked 2030 over my Tina story. I don't care that everyone thinks it's unproduceable: that's bullshit, and in fact satire is something that I've made my name on. There is no legally valid recourse for Wellington to force me to be Tina. Perhaps if they stopped spying for a few months, accepted that my Dakumentary was really creatively satisfying, but also hella exhausting, then apologised... but they're too much in love with the idea of forcing me to do something that they had no right to do. I can't 'win' by being Tina because my script would be altered beyond recognition by people that have never spent time with me IRL. Let me finish my book, because I'm already in the process of adaptation.
- I'll see James and Cass in court if this continues. Leave my life by Tuesday, or I will seriously fucking well take you to court, Miss Lola. 👿 That is absolutely fair. James Cain and Cassandra Tse will accept that they own 0% of my original material. There isn't a contract in place between us, and they need to genuinely understand that they have no contract, no rights and no credit to claim. By Tuesday, you will accept my terms and you will apologise to me for the many years of spying that you have been doing. That was illegal, and you must have known that it had the potential to backfire. But you were too smug to consider the idea that I might actually demand my contractual obligations, and fight you on your claim that you think that you wrote enough to get ownership rights. You spied on me. I didn't consent to being spied on, and that is why you will leave. You will lose in court if you take me to court, and that is because there wasn't a deal. Same goes for VUW and Michelle.
