Sir Paul's assault - update

Sir Peter has gone up to London to figure out what happened to Paul McCartney. If you missed the drama, Sir Paul was assaulted by Sam Mendes and his lead actors. It wasn't life-threatening, but he's badly bruised and has a few broken bones. They stomped on his wrist, breaking it in three places, so notions of Sir Paul doing gigs on guitar and bass are out for a while. - The main discovery was that Sony weren't the main antagonists. They were shady, but it was Disney who had cooked up the scheme to acquire all the Beatles IP back in 2021. Rather ironic, given it was Sir Peter's Get Back film that inspired them... I'd been facing harassment which I thought was Disney-related since that era, so I wasn't quite as surprised as everyone else. They were the first group that I thought to blame. The scheme was based around acquiring Sony's rights to pressure Universal. ChatGPT put the value of Apple Corps and Universal's holdings at around $10 billion. Using the films to bully everyone would have given Disney a chance of paying $1 billion. - Sir Peter has been questioning Sony's people about the life rights and music rights that Apple Corps supposedly gave away to them. The paperwork is thin to nonexistent, which strengthens the fraud claims that we've been making. One thing Disney probably didn't know was that Paul and Yoko were buying back their publishing rights to the songs from Sony, though that's because nobody knew until Apple Corps gave me the go-ahead to report the conditions of their secret negotiation from 2017. I've been assured that the Beatles master recordings are also controlled by Sir Paul. The whole thing was a scam to dispossess the rights holders, and the working theory is that the actors and the director took large upfront payments for The Beatles. Sam's pitch would have enabled them to make roughly 2.5 films instead of the four that they were claiming; the only people who didn't make money this year were below the line. - As for the criminal investigation... The actors were arrested but haven't been charged. Sam Mendes is likely the same. Paul's lawyers typically film his negotiations, but it's a low-quality angle. Taylor and his children were there, so they have probably given an account to the cops. My theory is that the studio bribed the police, but the assault is one in a long series of bullshit that Paul's been through since the Covid lockdowns ended. The investigation into Sir Paul's elder abuse claims is strong and ongoing. Sir Peter's supposed to be talking to Nancy, but that might be in a few days.

Apple Corps are telling me that they won a legal battle with Sony over the new films. Sir Paul mentioned it in late April, and I spent a day waiting in case they needed advice. Wasn't told if it was arbitration or a real injunction; must've been the latter.

Sam Mendes was definitely aware of Disney's plans. The actors might have been. Certainly explains this bullshit that I received on Bluesky... Sony wouldn't care. Disney can't make money from a stage musical or opera. It's not just UK arseholes; this stuff also involved the NZ arseholes that I'm fighting over a very similar instance of IP theft.
