poking a privilege bubble

I get the very distinct sense that many people would rather that I played guitar full-time rather than writing operas or doing editing or any of the things that I'm planning to do. The reason for this is simple: they love my music, but hate my politics. -

That's too bad: I think my politics are very solidly and soundly expressed. AMPP is funny because I genuinely bothered to write a full manifesto. ✊
