Not immediately, at any rate. He has a bad concussion from the hostage situation.

That's why he's been faltering for the last few weeks. He was only lucid for a few hours a day (if that). Seems fine now. His doctors are worried that the back-to-back assaults might slowly kill him, but we had a long psychic chat on psilocybin with Ringo a few days ago and he's compos mentis. - His wrists are healing well, and he can play a little bass. Months ahead of schedule. The bruises are apparently still quite severe, but I haven't met him since 2025.

Is Ringo sane? Yes. He's the one that was always playing a character. The real man is saner than Paul.
