Lots of artists say that, and my Māori teacher calls me a whaea (Mum). So, to use a metaphor that's been in the news lately, those attempts to steal my script essentially equate to OT attempting to uplift my children. That's why I'm so defensive. What makes you better parents than me? I conceived those children: you gaslit me and told me I was a pervert and a freak.✊🏻
