It's probably been done by now, but the idea goes that Mrs. Krabappel is sick and a new substitute teacher finds out that Bart has a talent for rhyming. Then Bart and Lisa attempt to write a school show. - There's that episode where they write the town song, but this is more in the vein of that South Park episode about the Thanksgiving play.
