my club plans

Yeah, Wellington isn't really a one-stop-shop kind of city. That's why I reckon 5-10 smaller cannabis clubs would be more viable. Everything's walking distance here, so one can have beers one place, movies another place, and go somewhere else for drugs lol. I'd love to have a legal rave/psychedelics club in the central city. This is a town where everyone wants to get high (that's why I'm a cult hero 😎), and the house party scene is cool but limited. Some people might want a 700-seat cannabis club, but I think that was more of an underground happening than a regular thing. The club was mostly servicing a smaller clientele of around 100-200. - I miss the Paramount. It wasn't a particularly great movie theatre, but it was central and played arthouse movies. The Penthouse is a good cinema, but Brooklyn is ages from town. Same with the Roxy - Miramar isn't walking distance, though my bro walked from Mt. Cook to the airport when Dad died. 😀 The bars that are still running in town are just the student dives - I think all the classy joints have shut up shop .. Tory would know if that's true or not. My opera friends seemed to dig Club Garibaldi, but I've never been there myself. - Lighthouse Cuba is ok, but it's more of a morning/afternoon coffee sort of place than a night spot.
