My answer to all performance offers

Once and for all, on my website. It's not a discussion: I'm only ever going to say no. No stage roles. No screen roles. No male roles. No guitar gigs. I'm not doing those things at the moment, and certainly not for people that called me a fixated pervert while actually perving on me in a fixated and unhealthy fashion. That's my point, Red Scare. Your bullshit isn't my problem. If you want to produce my IP, you'll need to negotiate via correct channels. Lawyers. Meetings. Contracts. Revisions. Signatures. Any other pathway is doomed to failure. I'm going to say no during that negotiation, and I'll expect you to drop it. - Now, agree to walk away, Mr. Barr. It's over. It must be over. You have no right but to accept that it's over.

VUW must give up. Gareth's treatment as a professor - combined with my years of experiencing systemic harassment for being different since I came out - doesn't fill me with optimism that I'll be able to do any better.

It means 'spoiled rich kids don't get to use me as their token and I nearly died'

It means VUW and Circa are likely to face a harassment claim.
