No. I'm very clear on this point: my IP isn't the property of Steve Barr or Toa Fraser.
As I have repeatedly said, dig yourselves out by hiring another songwriter.
Take the basic concept of gay people in Wellington, write different songs, produce it.
It doesn't resolve the fraud charges entirely, but it's a solid start based on commonsense. My songs aren't your property: they're worth something thanks to Paul McCartney.
The fraud is that they claimed to have the rights to my work to make money. Ainsley, Steve and Toa all have to agree that they never met me or discussed it with me.
