King of the Hill

It starts off doggedly naturalistic, but by the later seasons there's a constant surreality that is often entertaining. 13 seasons is a good run, and it's more consistent than the later Simpsons seasons. Good comparison: The Simpsons visit Tokyo vs. Hank visits Japan.
