Hi -- I gather that you and Chloe are friends, and obviously you've seen me around at Parliament with Gary. I feel for you, Kiri. It sounds like you've got a really rough go of it... I think it's somewhat cynical that both you and Meng have lost your jobs post-flood. That's probably due to the Nats and their whole 'consultants' shtick... Gary was arrested for drug driving back in 2019 when the club was running, 👋

Gary had a positive spin on this, which was that you'll both be available for your communities, but yeah: my own opinion is that a seat in Parliament is the most effective tool for anyone. I'm fairly confident that the drug law reform will progress, but I'm somewhat hopeful that interviewing Appleby will remind people of the 20th century and the 50 years of the War on Drugs.
