You cannot legally ask me to detransition. You must accept my choice not to.

There is no written law that prevents crossdressing.

You cannot legally ask me to perform male roles.

You cannot legally ask me to perform when you wouldn't offer me another job.

You can't offer a performance fee as being 'inclusive' of a licencing fee. I said zero acting. I'm also saying zero pops concerts. If the goal is to ogle me in a pretty dress, the answer is no. -


You cannot ask me to be a man at the office because you're uncomfortable.

I can still take that to the Human Rights Commission or Employment Relations Authority, which would then decide whether clearer laws are needed.


You also can't discriminate on the basis of cultural identity, even if it's positive discrimination. Finding out that I'm Māori and have royal blood in my veins doesn't suddenly make me valid: I was always valid, and you were culturally insensitive. AMPP's probably ahead of the curve on mental health, and that's largely part to my own knowledge and experiences.
