I'm all for make it 16, but I think the electoral seat for minor parties is essentially the only way of levelling the playing field without using truly proportional representation, which is my preferred electoral reform. 0.833% = 1 seat. The Bill and Ben Party would have almost made it to Parliament with that. 3.5% is still way too high a threshold.
