I'm 100% confident that my Weeded Out screenplay is my IP, and only mine. Those drafting documents abundantly substantiate and corroborate that statement. My characters, my themes, my situations, my plot. That = sole credit. As you can see, my solo writing process is like a dialectic that I play with myself. - VUW will lose in court if they attempt to pursue that screenplay after reading those 40+ pages of drafting documents. I wasn't a student and I wasn't on their payroll. Sorry, arseholes, but giving notes isn't the same thing as writing. It took over two years to actually finish a draft of episode 1. That is why my licencing fee is set at $50,000. I have already published a very convincing cease and desist regarding ALL producers. The only option left is to let me finish my prose version of the Tina story, and to patiently wait until such time as that is complete. Then, we can reopen the bidding war, with the proviso that my songs are not for sale and neither is my body or voice. Pay me for the Weeded Out IP because the script is fucking good, and NOT because you want a token trannie. Find your own token, write your own damn songs. That is what I want you to do, VUW, and that is literally the only option that is available. Any attempts to say that I 'must' do Tina because of hurtful or insulting statements that I made are not valid ... ultimately, my IP rights supercede any criminal or civil liability. That means that I am well within my legal rights to withdraw a script, to adapt that script into another medium, and to assert that continued harassment regarding that script will be met with cease and desist letters, and eventually legal action.
