Yes, but I openly say that I'm doing them, and I'm yet to be charged for them. If I had a job, my weed would be legal. 🍀 Plus it's not like anyone would see those films otherwise. They're mostly obscure, and mostly more than 20 years old. Honestly, I think copyright should end after 25 years, and that's something that Aotearoa could consider. Bluntly, if it's still got some legs, then FB wouldn't let me upload it. Like some HBO shows that I attempted to upload this week. 🤣 There is no legally vaild reality in which I can be forced to perform Tina. That is simply not within the confines of mental health treatment. I want therapy. The real kind, with a therapist that is knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with transgender adults. That seems fair, and the only reason that NZ is trying to force me to be Tina is because we are MASSIVELY understaffed. We need more than 1000 clinical psychologists and 120 psychiatrists. That's not a reason to make a TV show. That's a reason to invest in the sector, and maybe Mr. Doocey could twist some arms. As for my Uncle John: I'm serious. Find me a trans-positive therapist, and allow me to talk to them about my puberty or about my current life. I think that's a reasonable request, and I expect that people will also agree that's a reasonable request. When people stop trying to force me to perform, then I'll start composing. I refuse to begin composing - in any way - until VUW ceases their illegal surveillance of me. That is fair. That is the reality, and it will happen by Tuesday. If it doesn't, expect me to express suicidal thoughts: I can't go on like this, and it's totally and utterly illegal to ask me to.

There is no contract in place between me and any of the spies. I never agreed to the idea that I would be surveilled 24/7 for 4 years by my peers. That was illegal then, and is still illegal in 2024. I haven't been an active student at VUW since 2015. They had no right to spy on me. I don't want to be Tina. I don't want to be Lois Lane. I want to be Amanda and I think that is a basic human right. I have the right to free expression, and you are using a law that is not fit for purpose to challenge my validity in the workplace. RNZ never once actually complained about my attire to my face, and they were very careful to avoid firing me, knowing that was illegal. They forced me to quit. I'm coming back, though, and they will allow me to be Amanda by that time because by then I'll have explicit legal protections that prevent them from firing me for my dresses.
