is absolutely real, so Amelia and others could totally get behind me in forming this party. I was thinking about the policy platform: that's the thing that would make this real. Personally, my main ideas are regarding welfare and drugs, and I have some really strong ideas for enviromental policy as well. This is when it becomes a team game, essentially. - For people who remember how they founded the Greens: I've had the brainwave that 'we need a party' and decided to form one, but my supporters aren't really wonks or people like me that are able to articulate a policy platform.

Regarding my public media policy: I thought it was strong to give RNZ $100 million, and that's my only real idea in that space; my referendum idea is also one that I'm 100% committed to putting on the ballot for 2026. Social equity is the kaupapa, while these are the two policies.
