no means no. No Tina film, no tina play. No Tupaia film, no Tupaia play.

BUY one of my ideas. Spend money to make money.

Ensure that my fee is equal to those that writers that you like have received. As I said, the Film Commission have to resolve this ridiculous war before I'll meet them regarding any projects of mine. They must legally accept my refusal, knowing that it is grounded in their mistakes, both procedural and cultural. If you continue to persist with bullying me to be on-screen, legal action will result. How about people who want the rights emailing me within the week to secure them? -

Purchase my scripts, or NEVER mention them again.

Pay me over $30,000, admit guilt, or you can't buy Weeded Out.

There is no moral, ethical, legal or spiritual reason that I 'have' to, I'm simply stating that it's my IP. Because it is my IP, you have to legally accept my moral rights and that consideration must take place in order validate the contract. You didn't negotiate in good faith. You didn't offer me a fair sum, which is what we call consideration, and as a result I've refused to licence my IP. This is a sane, reasonable, and valid stance. I won't be bought off with some blankets and some fire water. Mr. Barr's price is $70,000 + a signed liability statement and a signed agreement that he cannot harass me further. Tina isn't available as a character, and the script isn't the form that the story has currently taken. That means demonstrating patience, allowing me to finish my book, and tolerating that you didn't get the green light from me, even if the Film Commission greenlit a film based on an illegal derivative of my script. Mr. Barr and Tory's cronies have made procedural mistakes. Those errors are so egregious that it's made production impossible. I can't be blamed for their actions. -

You haven't paid me. You'll never pay me. Hence, zero films, zero plays and zero unauthorised uses of my songs or those that are family heirlooms.

Why don't I overdub everything?

Quality of the song alone and all that jazz... Yes, I can harmonise, but every hit song sounds essentially the same these days. It's like special sauce. The naked demos were distinctive. Again, it wa
