That's a hefty improvement on the $250 per week UBI that the Greens proposed for the last election, but it's still too little. My realistic weekly budget is $450-500 per week, which is what my Mum will get when she turns 65 in October. 🥝

To the grammar nazis

Quotations and punctuation: Lillian still got it wrong. In New Zealand English, we use inverted commas, not speech marks. I was taught to put those after a full stop. It's still part of the sentence
