This was around about when I twigged that my phone was bugged. - Man, Sinead must be so pissed the Bipolar diagnosis allowed Mum to get my money back!

No way she could keep money gifted to Stuff while I was obviously mental, even if I still think there were ulterior motives at play regarding that entire transaction from NZ mainstream media because of my gonzo journalism and how it made them look bad at times... I sent her that article on Carmen to prepare for the meeting because the Transphobia was so damn obvious. It is amazing how much Straight Wellington just laughed off her Mayoral tilt after she died... Bob Jones may have thought Carmen's policies were a joke, but Georgina carried them all the way to Parliament! :) Most of them are already realities now. Though it's interesting Carmen thought the countryside was a better place for prostitution than the city... Still dying to get my hands on her memoirs. Dave couldn't recommend it highly enough, and he was a really avid reader when he still had his inheritance! - Thanks to Mum, I've still got my inheritance lol Though it's basically my divorce settlement from being 'married' to Stephen, not my Dad's inheritance to me in any way, shape or form.

And she controls the trust, not me. I'm really bad with money - it's just a fact.

the '-' is me adapting Witi Ihimaera's use of the asterisk. I love the way he fragments time and all that in The Matriarch; it creates that sense of past, present and future colliding that is unique to Ao Māori and other Indigenous cultures.
